Specializations

Expertise & Procedures

From prevention and diagnostics to complex intervention — every procedure under one practice. Click any procedure to learn what it involves.

Coronary Interventions

Finding and opening blocked heart arteries.

  • Coronary Angiography
A dye-and-X-ray study that maps the heart’s arteries to locate blockages. Usually a day-care procedure through the wrist or groin.
  • Coronary Angioplasty (Stent Placement)
A balloon opens the blocked artery and a stent holds it open, restoring blood flow — including complex left main and bifurcation lesions.
Pacemakers & Rhythm Devices

Implanted devices that steady, pace and protect the heartbeat.

  • Pacemaker Implantation
For a heart that beats too slowly. Single chamber, double chamber, leadless and 3-wire pacemakers, chosen to suit your rhythm problem.
  • AICD (Single and Double Chamber)
An implantable defibrillator that watches for dangerously fast rhythms and corrects them automatically — for patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest.
  • CRT-P and CRT-D (Combo Device)
Cardiac resynchronisation therapy, which re-times the two pumping chambers in weak hearts. Available with pacing (CRT-P) or with a built-in defibrillator (CRT-D).
Structural Heart & Valves

Replacing valves and closing heart defects — without open surgery.

  • TAVI / TAVR
A new aortic valve delivered by catheter, without open-heart surgery — an option for severe aortic stenosis, especially in older or high-risk patients.
  • TMVR
Transcatheter mitral valve repair or replacement for a badly leaking or narrowed mitral valve, performed through a vein rather than the chest.
  • Device Closure of ASD / PDA / VSD
Catheter-based closure of holes in the heart, avoiding open surgery in suitable patients.
Vascular Interventions

Treating narrowed or diseased arteries beyond the heart.

  • Carotid Artery Stenting
Stenting of the narrowed neck arteries that supply the brain, done to lower the risk of a stroke.
  • Peripheral Arterial Disease Management
Diagnosis and balloon-and-stent treatment for narrowed leg, arm and kidney arteries — the usual cause of cramping pain on walking and non-healing wounds.
  • Aortic Interventions
Catheter-based treatment of disease in the body’s main artery, including stent grafting for aneurysms and narrowed segments.
  • Coil Embolisation Therapy
Tiny coils placed through a catheter to seal off an abnormal or bleeding blood vessel.
Pulmonary Circulation

Care for clots and high pressure in the lung arteries.

  • Pulmonary Embolism Treatment
Emergency care for a clot in the lung arteries — clot-dissolving medication or catheter-based removal, depending on how unwell you are.
  • Pulmonary Hypertension Treatment
Assessment of high pressure in the lung arteries, including right heart catheterisation, followed by long-term medical management.
Prevention & Diagnostics

Catching heart disease early — and stopping it before it starts.

  • Preventive Cardiac Screening
A structured check-up — history, examination, ECG and labs — to measure your heart risk before symptoms appear.
  • Hypertension & Cholesterol Management
Long-term control of blood pressure and lipids to protect the heart, brain and kidneys.
  • ECG, Echo, TMT & Holter
The full diagnostic set under one roof — electrical tracing, ultrasound of the heart, treadmill stress testing and 24–48 hour rhythm recording.
